The MSSM requires successful completion of a minimum of 34 semester-credits. These are divided into core courses and one elective:

- Organizational Behavior
- Business Strategy
- Behavioral Economics for Management
- Marketing Management
- Operations Management
- Business Analytics
- Research Methods (1 credit)
- Capstone (Choose: Master’s Thesis, Client Consulting, or Innovative Project)
Electives: 2 credits
- Advanced Topics in Data Analysis
- Management of Financial Institutions
- Digital Marketing
Students are also required to complete at least one credit environmental studies course
